The founder, Stanley started to roast coffee beans from home 6 years ago. His first coffee roaster was a small stainless steel cannon, featuring a small steel cannon with manual separation, and three-way asymmetric stirring blades to ensure even baking.
The device rotated by an electric motor and separate cord, using the small furnace fire baking method. The electrical drum rotated every second and turned without interruption to form the evenly heated coffee beans.
This roast is completely determined by the control of the heat to keep the roaster temperature more stable. If controlled well, the coffee bean will have a perfect sweet flavour. If not controlled well, it may be burnt or not cooked properly.
Therefore, Stanley spent years studying coffee roasting to learn how to roast the perfect coffee flavour. Whilst looking simple the process took years to master.
