We accept bank transfer and PayPal for client orders. If you have any concerns regarding your payment please contact us.
Aus Post Regular: Australia Post Regular. If “authority to leave in a safe place” is not given, the item will be available to collect from your local Post Office.
Aus Post Express: Australia Post Express. If “authority to leave in a safe place” is not given, the item will be available to collect from your local Post Office.
During check-out, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, sizes and destination of the items in the order. During the order, shipping payment will be received.
This price is the overall sum of the customer’s shipping costs.
PS. Free shipping within Australia for orders of more than $40.
- We have a30 day returns policy. Coffee Scent can not provide you with a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you receivedit to be eligible for a return. The packaging has to be in the original.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning your item at your own expense. The cost of delivery shall not be reimbursed. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund when you receive a refund.
- The time it takes to reach you, depending on where you live, can vary.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when shipments are over $75. We can’t guarantee that your returned item will be received.
- We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
If you change your mind before your order is issued, we will accept cancellations at any time prior to shipping the order. Please refer to our refund policy if the order has already been delivered.
